Sign Installation Flat Fee: Residential $85, Commercial $199

Our flat installation fee includes the following services:

  • Installation of sign and post (8’, 10’, or 12’ post)

  • Removal (un-installation) of sign and post

  • Unlimited time on site, as required

  • Coverage for broken or vandalized signs (replacement provided at no additional charge)

  • Storage of signs

  • One generic rider, if needed (Sold, In Escrow, Coming Soon, or Do Not Disturb)
